Privacy Policy

Last updated 26 July 2026

Sprint Coach (we, us, our) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use and look after your personal information when you use this website or get in touch, in line with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

Information we collect

When you send an enquiry through our contact form, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, the type of enquiry, and your message. We only ask for what we need to reply and arrange coaching.

We use Vercel Analytics to understand how the site is used. It is aggregated and cookieless, so it does not track you across other websites or build a personal profile of you.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

  • reply to your enquiry and answer your questions
  • arrange and deliver coaching sessions and programmes
  • keep in touch with you about coaching you have asked about

Sharing your information

We do not sell or trade your personal information. Vercel hosts the website and processes contact-form requests, and Crazy Domains provides our business email service. We only share information with these providers so they can perform those services. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and to protect it from loss, misuse or unauthorised access. We keep your enquiry only for as long as we need it to respond to you and provide coaching, then remove it.

Young athletes

We coach athletes aged 12 and over. Where an athlete is under 18, we expect enquiries to come from a parent or guardian, and we deal with them about that athlete's coaching.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it if it is wrong. Email us and we will help.

Contact and complaints

If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle your information, email nathan@sprintcoach.co.nz. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes take effect when we post the updated version on this page.
