Assessment session
Baseline sprint mechanics, acceleration and movement screening, timed and recorded.
Train & progress
A programme built directly around your data. Re-tested regularly so improvement stays visible.
What you
get
Coaching that doesn't stop when the session ends. Every athlete walks away with something concrete to train from.
Your baseline numbers
A written record of where you started, taken at your first assessment, so every later gain has something real to measure against.
A programme on paper
Your speed and plyometric plan written down, specific to your game and yours to keep, not a one-size-fits-all template.
Drills for your own time
Clear drills and coaching notes to train solo, so progress keeps building through the week.
A standing re-test
Regular re-tests on the same measures, so the programme keeps adapting as you improve.

Newtown Park · 400m trackCommon questions
What age groups do you coach?
Typically from 12-year-olds through to adults. Nathan works 1-on-1 and with small groups or teams.
Do you train at our club's ground or only Newtown Park?
Most sessions run at Newtown Park, but Nathan can work at other facilities too. He prefers training on turf or grass and avoids concrete surfaces.
Do you train just women and girls, or is it mixed?
We're flexible. We've run female-only groups, mixed groups and all-male groups, so we'll set up whatever works for your athletes.
How often should an athlete train?
It depends on age, what other sports they're playing and their injury history, so we start with a conversation about goals. In-person sessions can run up to 3 or 4 times per week.
My kid plays football and does athletics, can you cover both?
Absolutely. It's common for the athletes we work with to play more than one sport, and this training complements sports like netball, football, hockey and rugby.
How quickly will I see results?
Technique-wise we can typically make and see changes straight away. Getting quicker and stronger in acceleration happens as a progression: improved technique helps, but consistency in the training and drills is the key.
